Tragethon Haul-Off / Melt Strength

Many production processes such as fibreforming and blow-moulding require strength in the molten polymer. Great sensitivity is required to measure the small forces involved (typically a few grams), but the system must be robust enough to survive real experiments.

The Tragethon system offers this combination in one system. Haul off speeds must represent those used in the processes being modeled and it therefore has an exceptional speed range which extends to 1000 m/min.
