Insitecのオンライン粒度分布測定機は、仕上げミル内の最終グレードのセメント材料をリアルタイムで測定するために使用します。体積粒度比をブレーン値に関連付けることにより、粉末度や圧縮強度データとの相関関係をリアルタイムで推定することができます。
Insitecオンライン粒度分布測定機がもっとも頻繁に設置される位置は、仕上げミルの分級機から排出される最終グレードのセメントストリームです。乾燥粉体のマスフローレートは最高150t/時で、測定は重力シュート、エアスライドまたはコンベヤ最終地点で行われます。
Insitecは、クリンカー製造においてロウミルの出口でサイズをモニターするためにも使用されます。
