Laser Diffraction Process Interfaces

At Malvern we understand that our customers needs can vary enormously in terms of system configuration. For this reason, Insitec has been designed as a modular system, with each component designed and tested to work with the process instrument.

Much attention has been paid to precision sampling, as a non-representative sample can lead to a lack of understanding in the process, and bias quality control monitoring. Malvern has developed a modular process interface that is capable of measuring representative samples taken from process streams of several kg/h to hundreds of t/h for both wet and dry processes.
